Ordering

Ordering from us is easy. Just choose the products you like from the Shop page and add those to your cart. From your cart you can move to the checkout where you fill your information for shipping and choose the shipping method and payment method. After the order is placed, we send you a confirmation where you can see the details of your order. If the confirmation hasn't arrived after a short time, you might want to check your spam folder. With your package, you receive more information about returns and reclamations. If you have anything to ask, you can contact us via a contact form on our website, an email to info@ihanpihkassa.fi or a message on social media, like Facebook or Instagram.

Shipping Methods

Free shipping for order over 40€. Our average delivery time is 1-5 business days. Please note that during peak seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual. We always notify the customer in case of any delays. If your order is time-sensitive, feel free to contact us, and we'll see what we can do. We will send additional information about the delivery via email. If your order fits in a mailbox or envelope, we will send it directly to the address you provided. In this case, you don't need to pick up the package separately; it will arrive in your mailbox.

Posti

Toimitus lähimpään Postin toimipisteeseen maksaa 5,90€. Mikäli ostosten summa ylittää 50€, on toimitus ilmainen. Posti säilyttää pakettia toimipisteessään 7 päivää, jonka jälkeen tilaus palautetaan lähettäjälle. Huomaa kuitenkin, että paketin noutamatta jättäminen ei ole palautus. Asiakas vastaa noutamatta jätetyn paketin palautuskustannuksista. Toimitusaika on keskimäärin 1-5 arkipäivää.

Matkahuolto

Toimitus Matkahuollon toimipisteeseen maksaa 5,90€. Mikäli ostosten summa ylittää 50€, on toimitus ilmainen. Toimitamme tilaukset lähtökohtaisesti osoitettasi lähimpänä olevaan toimipisteeseen. Huomaa, että paketin noutamatta jättäminen ei ole palautus.  Toimitusaika on keskimäärin 1-5 arkipäivää.

Pick up

You can also pick up your order from our office/store in Kemi. Our address is Kaivokatu 10 C 1, 94100 Kemi. We don't have regular hours so the pick up time will be set with you. We will contact you to agree on the pick up time. Pick up is always free. Your order will be ready within 1-5 business days.

Payment Methods

Our online store's payment service provider is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made through the Visma Pay online service, and on the bank statement and invoice, the payment recipient is indicated as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay facilitates payments for the online retailer. Payment is secure, as all payment transaction details are transmitted using encrypted connections, ensuring that no third party can access payment information.

Through the Visma Pay service, you can make payments using online banking credentials, digital wallets, credit/debit cards, invoices, or installment payments. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- ja Debit MasterCard -kortit, sekä Jousto, Fellow Lasku ja Fellow Yrityslasku.

Bank Payments

You have access to payment buttons from the following Finnish banks. Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken. From the online store, you will be directed straight to your own bank to complete the payment securely.

Card payments

You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards.

Mobile payment methods

MobilePay: You can make payments with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the application settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet will be charged to the linked payment card. If the card payment fails, using MobilePay wallet for online payments is not possible in the online store.

Payments by bill and installment

Jousto Invoice and Installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and securely. Jousto is intended for private individuals who have managed their finances impeccably. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment period. Upon receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With the installment option, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 monthly installments, starting from 9.90 euros per month. The costs for Jousto installment payments are 3.90 euros per month, with a 19.90% credit interest rate. You can use Jousto for purchases ranging from 30 to 3000 euros. OP Invoice - A flexible way to pay for online purchases. Available to customers of all banks. With OP Invoice, you can make purchases of up to 5,000 euros and pay them off interest-free within 45 days. If you prefer, you can split the invoice into multiple installments. Your purchases are consolidated in one place, making it easy to keep track of your spending. With a credit limit, you can control your consumption within your desired limits. You will receive your invoices conveniently via email. In our online service, you can view information about your use of OP Invoice and the total amount of your purchases. You can use OP Invoice if you are financially capable, over 20 years old, and have Finnish bank credentials. Returns and reclamations

You can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. If you wish to ask about the possibility to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have a 14-day right of return. Please note that opened cosmetics product can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please inform us about your return at info@ihanpihkassa.fi. On the email tell us your order number, contact information and clearly stated the products you wish to return. We will answer your email with return instructions. The customer is responsible for return costs. If you have received a faulty product or a wrong product, please contact our customer service at info@ihanpihkassa.fi. We handle reclamations via email. Reclamation is always free for the customer. You will receive more information about reclamations with your order. Refund of payment will always be done with the original payment method.
